What is my wish for the world? What kind of world do I want to see?

 

When we start to change our story and how we operate within the world, we change our state of consciousness. What we create and manifest, together, will come out of that new state of consciousness.

Guided meditation for managing stress and reducing mental clutter

We can all feel overwhelmed from time to time - too many tabs open in our minds or projects on the go that we can feel taken over by them. Working with sacred geometry to create powerful visualisations to help us manage stress, and harness our powers of creativity and open our eyes to clarity.

The meditation closes with Metta: the practice of projecting unconditional loving-kindness to all beings out into the world.

In this video, we work with the throat chakra (visshudha). The key to unlocking the Vissudha chakra is Attunement. The first step is listening - to your body, feelings, your intuition, your inner guide. “Our body is an instrument played by divine breath. It is our job to keep the instrument well-tuned and to listen to the voice of truth moving through us” Anodea Judith This is also the perfect time to introduce and use Ujjayi breath. Ujjayi breath slows down the breath through subtle contraction of the throat, making the sound of a distant ocean. Highly recommended while practicing postures, and especially for bringing awareness to the throat chakra in this flow. On your mats, get set... flow! 🕉️💙💎🔵🔷
