Unless we understand the strain that modern life places on our energy and our mental health, and address it appropriately, we are at risk of burnout becoming the (other) epidemic of the modern digital age. 


It’s good to be performing, firing on all cylinders and making sales sometimes, but we need to learn how and when to rest, recover and recuperate. We haven’t been taught how to relax, stay calm, focus the mind on one task at a time.

The 2020 pandemic has meant that mental health issues, suicide and depression are also on the rise in devastating numbers. Having wellbeing practices that will calm, collect, ground, and anchor are becoming essential for our psychological safety.


We all need balance. We all need ways to stay connected, to stay sane and healthy, in more ways than one. We need to boost our immune function, circulate our blood & find stillness in a fluctuating mind.

The Breath Academy Is An Interactive Science-Based Foundational Breathing Course For Your Teams Health & Wellbeing.

It's is a 4-part group experience, integrating the ancient yogic practice of pranayama with modern scientific research to bring a relevant breathwork practice that is accessible to all as well as applicable to the demands of modern life. 


Empowering you and your team to have sustainable health, better habits, and an unshakeable sense of well-being.


Learning to breathe correctly with awareness, gives your team a lot of unfair advantages:
