THE SCIENCE BEHIND PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®

Experience shifts in all dimensions with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®, which facilitates deeper states of meditation through regulation of brainwaves. During intense breathwork, we transition from the beta waves we typically experience during the day to slower alpha, theta, and sometimes gamma waves.

Here's a summary:

BETA WAVES: associated with normal day activities such as attention, thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. However, high frequency beta waves can also result in feelings of agitation, stress, tension, fear, or obsession.

ALPHA WAVES: related to a relaxed and reflective state, where one is aware and present in the moment (meditative/massage state).

THETA WAVES: deeply relaxed, open, intuitive, and receptive (hypnotic state), with the potential for deep insights or revelations beyond normal conscious awareness, as can occur in breathwork, deep meditation, or sleep.

DELTA WAVES: the slowest brain waves, predominantly present during deep, dreamless sleep where body awareness is lost.
